How can YOU be involved?
There's a place for everyone within GAIE: any area, any level of expertise, and any amount of involvement or commitment!
Many institutions or individuals choose only to be on the GAIE Listserv so that they can stay up-to-date and have the Listserv as an excellent resource at their fingertips. Others choose to send faculty and staff to the GAIE Planning Committee meetings or annual conferences for networking and professional development. Being a member of GAIE is great, because you get to choose how much you contribute and participate.
There is currently no membership fee for GAIE.
Active members are considered those that are actively participating in committee meetings, volunteering to assist at conferences, or contributing in some other way to advance the goals of GAIE.

Planning Committee
The planning committee is led by the Chair and Secretary/Treasurer and is charged with organizing the annual conference in addition to creating and meeting goals that work toward the mission of GAIE.
Any international educators in the state of Georgia are welcome to participate in the planning committee - volunteers are always needed!
