The American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA)

“The American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) has put out a very helpful (and comprehensive) document on the many ways that immigration has changed since the Trump administration began in January 2017.   You may find this document here: https://americanimmigrationlawyersa.app.box.com/s/s3gwp3n9mb88qxha4xsn8kx5dwhvb41i

This document is a good starting point for understanding current and possible upcoming changes which will affect both your international students and scholars, along with the U.S. immigrant population in general.”

Not really a big fan of PE - especially not swimming class. As far as I’m concerned, this is utter torture. First of all, I hate getting into the water. I’m sort of like a cat. Not that I’m some sort of hydrophobe, no. I just don’t like the pressure in the pool, like how less mobile I can be even with the appliction of our swimming instructions. The part that i find most distressing is whenever I have to go out of the water. Then the lingering hum in my head even an hour after? Totally negative.

I think I badly needed chocolates right now. I remember I was having a really nasty episode a few days ago and I survived by eating a lot of chocolates. I was so afraid I will have something like the opposite of an adrenalin rush after everything wears off but luckily for some reason I survived. I did that without even lashing at anyone. Lately I couldn't control myself when I am angry. I say things I would like to take back after but when I think about it more, I guess people deserve what they get from me.
